For products at a similar price point, the industry standard for main support columns is 2.0mm thick steel. We, however, invest in a more robust 2.5mm thick, sourced from Huashi Metal, one of China's largest welded pipe manufacturing bases. That extra 0.5mm translates directly into superior load-bearing capacity and a longer service life, providing tangible safety and durability.

Similarly, for the plastic components that children interact with directly, we refuse to use standard domestic pellets, let alone the mix of new and recycled materials used by some to cut costs. We insist on importing food-grade LLDPE pellets from South Korea and go a step further by adding anti-static and anti-UV agents, achieving a UV resistance level of 8. The result is equipment that resists fading, aging, and brittleness, even after years of outdoor exposure.
